We are looking for an administrative associate to join our team at Salary Hero Co.,Ltd. S/he will be responsible for a full function of secretarial and administrative tasks to uphold the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the organization.
Salary : THB20,000 - 25,000 /month
Office location : Kronos Sathorn Office Building.
Responsibilities
Key contact person to coordinate with both internal and external parties for all operational matters
Provide general administrative support to management team upon request
Keeping track of all corporate documents
Liaise with facility management vendors, including office lease, cleaning, catering and security services
Maintain a positive work environment, order stationery and equipment, and arrange necessary repairs to ensure that office amenities are available for employees at all times
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Other related HR & GA duties as assigned
Qualification
1-4 years working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Good command of English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to details, self-motivated, and service-minded personality
Knowledge of Payroll / HR system (procedures) will be considered as a plus.
