- Ability to communicate in English fluently to participate in global calls and contribute to internal technical documentation.

Responsibilities
- Support administrative related site operations, including offsites, meetings, events, scheduling and coordination and the site food services.
- Perform an array of administrative tasks, while maintaining attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational timelines.
- Act as a point-of-contact for other departments and external suppliers, managing confidential information as necessary.
- Oversee the site culture committee, responsible for planning team events, activities and building team culture. Engage and build relationships within the community.
- Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner team to ensure execution. Build responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a technical manager for projects.
