Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating payroll data, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.

Job Description

  • Maintain and organize HR documents such as leave forms, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and employee records in a systematic and easily traceable manner
  • Accurately update and maintain employee data in the HRM system to ensure completeness and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to provide payroll data, overtime (OT), and employee benefits in accordance with payroll cycles
  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, verifying candidate documents, and preparing onboarding paperwork
  • Manage attendance and leave records, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation in compliance with company procedures
  • Prepare HR reports such as new hires and resignations, contract expiration reports, and other related reports
  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), track approval status, and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary
  • Arrange accommodation and travel bookings (both domestic and international) for employees and executives
  • Support internal activities such as training sessions, company events, and team-building activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration or general administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
