Job Description:
- Manage and monitor expatriate-related arrangements, such as apartment accommodation, relocation services, children's education fees, and coordinate with all relevant parties to resolve issues or problems.
- Plan and manage budgets related to expatriate welfare and general expenses.
- Verify medical expense claims and ensure reimbursement is processed according to applicable conditions.
- Manage and oversee administrative operations, such as business card preparation, long weekend surveys, etc.
- Manage company assets, such as mobile phones and related equipment.
- Handle payment processes and expense charging related to expatriate welfare and general expenses.
- Monitor and coordinate with outsourcing vendors for visa and work permit processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in administration, HR support, or expatriate management.
- Experience in handling expatriate welfare, visa and work permit coordination is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of reimbursement processes, budget planning, and expense control.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Toeic 700
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
