Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth office operations and follow up on assigned tasks
Manage office administration activities, including document control, filing systems, office supplies, and reporting
Oversee company facilities, office maintenance, housekeeping, security services, and company vehicle management
Coordinate company vehicle administration, including insurance renewals, claims, maintenance scheduling, and toll account management
Provide basic IT support, including IT equipment procurement, software installation, troubleshooting coordination, and CCTV system monitoring
Manage travel arrangements, including hotel, transportation, and flight bookings
Support company events, employee activities, and general administrative projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management, English for Communication, Business Computer, or a related field
1â€2 years of experience in Administration, General Affairs, Office Coordination, or a related role
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of IT systems and computer troubleshooting, including software installation, LAN connectivity, and preliminary hardware diagnostics
Understanding of vehicle documentation, insurance claims, and vehicle maintenance processes
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good time management and prioritization skills
Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy
