Position: Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the collection, organization, translation, and submission of materials related to company investment, establishment, land purchase, and qualification applications.
- Responsible for organizing legal documents related to company operations, including their translation, registration, and filing, ensuring the standardization of documents, policies, and articles of association.
- Participate in the planning and organization of internal corporate culture events, holiday activities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, as well as in government and client reception activities.
- Participate in the daily management of administrative logistics, including company shuttle buses, dormitories, and canteens.
- Participate in the daily tasks related to internal fixed assets, including procurement, registration, and inventory counting.
- Participate in the company's external communication and liaison work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; major is not strictly limited.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience; familiar with Thai company law and BOI policies; experience participating in large-scale foreign-invested factory establishment projects in Thailand is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with high resilience and a sense of responsibility.
- Adaptable to long-term overseas work; proficient in both Chinese and Thai.
