Job Description

Thanapoom Tower, 1550 New Petchaburi Road, Bangkok, Thailand

Everllence Energy Solutions Malaysia is the sales, service and engineering hub for the South East Asian countries in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar & Philippines for industries sectors. We also provide support for other product lines in marine, power, oil & gas and new solutions.

We can offer you the following tasks:  

General Office & Administration
  • Support daily office administration (stationery, coffee, drinking water, office equipment)
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers (e.g. cleaning, maintenance, suppliers)
  • Arrange transportation and logistics for office guests
  • Handle courier shipments, incoming mail, and document dispatch
  • Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
Administrative Support for HR & Finance
  • Support administration of staff health and life insurance
  • Assist with workmen compensation and social security documentation
  • Support preparation and compilation of tax and statutory documents (data preparation only)
Operational & Back-Office Support
  • Prepare and organize documents for vendor registrations and compliance requirements
  • Support document preparation for logistics and order-related processes (checklists, compilation, tracking)
  • Maintain tracking lists for invoices, payments, and administrative follow-ups
  • Support coordination with internal teams and the regional office (KL)
Periodic & Ad-hoc Tasks
  • Support preparation of annual public holiday lists and recurring administrative schedules
  • Assist with hotel corporate rate checks and supplier contract administration
  • Provide general administrative support for ad-hoc internal requests
These qualifications will help us
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to communicate in English; Thai language skills required
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to follow structured processes
