Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets across all branches.
  • Oversee the full admissions process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for students and parents.
  • Manage and develop sales/admissions teams, set KPIs, and ensure high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure effective lead management using CRM systems.
  • Improve sales and admissions processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Prepare sales and admissions reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and support enrollment growth.
  • Manage sales budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and admissions management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, admissions, or education management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multi-branch operations.
