The Admissions Officer will support the development and execution of Dulwich College Bangkok's parent engagement and student recruitment strategy, with the overall aim of reaching the enrolment targets that have been set for the opening in August 2026 and beyond.
This role focuses on the implementation of an exceptional parent and student experience through the Admissions pipeline, including follow-up of enquiries, coordination of visits and admissions events, assessments and management of the admissions data through the funnel.
Responsibilities:
Admissions Management
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries to applications and enrolments by delivering timely, high-quality, and personalised support to prospective families throughout the admissions journey, including enquiries, tours, assessments, events, and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for international and expatriate families, particularly Mandarin-speaking families, providing concierge-style guidance and clear communication on school admissions, relocation considerations, and settling into life in Bangkok.
- Communicate with the College's values, educational offering, and the wider Dulwich family's unique strengths in a compelling and culturally responsive way, while identifying families whose values align with the ethos of the school community.
- Design and deliver personalised and memorable experiences for prospective families, including bespoke campus visits, tailored engagement opportunities, and community-building events that
- foster connection and belonging among new and prospective parents.
- Facilitate the application and assessment processes to ensure families clearly understand admissions requirements and are able to complete each stage efficiently and confidently, including support with documentation and administrative procedures.
- Support families with onboarding and relocation-related processes, including visa guidance coordination, induction materials, school transport, uniforms, finance documentation, and transition support for students and parents moving internationally.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and newly enrolled families through empathy, cultural awareness, and proactive communication, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience throughout the admissions journey.
- Resolve concerns or challenges that arise during the admissions and onboarding process in a professional, solutions-oriented manner that maintains trust, confidence, and positive advocacy for the College.
- Proactively manage and nurture waitlists across year groups, maintaining warm engagement with families and coordinating assessments and follow-up communications as places become available.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and timely student and family records within the College's admissions and CRM systems, including OpenApply, iSAMS, and other relevant databases.
- Create and manage student files and ensure all admissions, visa-related, and onboarding documentation is accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with school procedures.
- Support data management throughout the full admissions lifecycle, from initial enquiries and applications through assessments, waitlists, enrolment confirmations, and family onboarding.
- Track and support reporting on the key admissions and engagement metrics to support reporting, forecasting, recruitment strategies, and continuous improvement of the parent experience.
General AMC and Administrative Support
- Gather and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data, market trends, family feedback, and community insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance recruitment and parent engagement initiatives.

- Support the planning and coordination of admissions, relocation, and community engagement initiatives, including events designed to connect expatriate and internationally mobile families within the Dulwich College Bangkok community.
- Participate in and coordinate special projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Marketing and/or Admissions Manager.
- Undertake any reasonable request from the line manager to ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional, family-centred admissions and onboarding experience for the College.
- Ensure all student records are accurately maintained and fully compliant with the requirements and reporting standards of the Thai Ministry of Education (MoE), including timely submission of required student data and documentation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Results orientated, Problem solving & decision-making experience
- Strong computer skills and experience in reporting and analysing of data.
- Ability to resolve day-to-day problems independently and to exercise appropriate judgment and create solutions to the related problems
- Customer Focus (Internal & External) - identifies, understands and prioritizes the needs of internal and external customers to provide the highest standards of service for the College.
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Language ability – fluency in Thai, Mandarin and English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and process
- Strong interpersonal skills: flexible, creative, empathetic, friendly
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and warmly with students, parents, staff, and the public
- Demonstrated experience supporting Mainland Chinese or internationally mobile expatriate families through school admissions or relocation processes.
