Position: Admissions Officer (Fluent in Thai and English)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admissions Officer to support the launch and recruitment efforts of our new degree program. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the admissions process, engaging with prospective students, and ensuring a high-quality applicant experience from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end admissions processes for the new program, including application review, interview coordination, and enrollment support
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective applicants, providing accurate and timely information
- Support outreach and recruitment initiatives, including organizing information sessions, attending events, and coordinating campus visits
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, academic, student services) to ensure a seamless admissions journey
- Maintain accurate records and update applicant data in the admissions system
- Provide regular reports and updates on applicant progress and recruitment activities
- Ensure all admissions activities align with institutional policies and program objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 34 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related areas, preferably in higher education
- Strong Thai and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and service-minded with a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with admissions or CRM systems is a plus
- Experience working with international applicants or coordinating recruitment events is an advantage
- Ability to analyze applicant data and prepare reports
- Able to work effectively in a diverse environment
