Reporting to the Head of Campaign and Management Team:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive online sales and performance.
- Analyze consumer behavior, needs, and satisfaction to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and loyalty, while optimizing social media performance.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new opportunities to the marketing team.
- Coach team members, sharing best practices and emerging trends to elevate the entire team's expertise in campaign optimization and data analysis.
What we're looking for;
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in online & social media and campaign management for brands
- At least 2 years of experience from an agency
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tool
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
