About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Ads Optimization Specialist to join our growth team. Your primary mission will be to scale our brand's presence across social media and e-commerce platforms while maintaining a high ROAS. You won't just be managing ads; you will be analyzing performance daily, iterating on creatives, and finding the sweet spot between volume and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- ROAS Optimization: Constantly monitor and adjust bidding strategies, audiences, and budgets to hit specific ROAS and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) targets.
- E-commerce Integration: Manage and optimize ads directly on e-commerce marketplaces.
- A/B Testing: Design and run rigorous experiments on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Data Reporting: Build weekly performance dashboards to communicate wins, losses, and opportunities to the leadership team.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage first-party data to build high-converting lookalike and retargeting audiences.
Required Skills & Experience- Proven Track Record: 24 years of experience managing monthly spends of at least $[Insert Amount].
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy diving into the weeds of data to find why a campaign isn't performing.
- E-com Native: You understand the e-commerce funnel, from Top of Funnel awareness to post-purchase retention.
