Job Description
- Lead end-to-end planning for the factory establishment in Thailand
- Define plant capacity, layout, and operational model aligned with business objectives
- Advise on technology selection, automation level, and production processes specific to building materials
- Oversee project milestones from concept design to commissioning
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, EPC contractors, and external consultants
- Ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Identify and establish relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners
- Optimize sourcing strategies for raw materials and machinery
The Successful Applicant
A successful Advisory - Operation should have:
- 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with strong exposure to building materials (e.g., cement, steel, insulation, prefabrication, or related sectors)
- Proven track record in greenfield factory setup or major plant expansion projects in Southeast Asia
- Experience in Thailand is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and plant engineering
- Strong knowledge of project management, CAPEX planning, and industrial operations
- Familiarity with Thai regulatory and BOI frameworks is a significant advantage
