AE Supervisor

•Supervise and lead the Application Engineer team to ensure effective and efficient operations

•Provide professional technical support and consultation to customers in the automotive parts industry

•Analyze technical issues related to products, applications, and manufacturing processes, and propose effective solutions

•Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and other related departments to ensure smooth project execution

•Support testing, process improvement, and implementation of technical solutions in manufacturing plants

•Prepare technical documentation and reports, and present findings to management and customers

•Communicate and coordinate with overseas customers and headquarters in English
