Role Description This is a full-time Affiliate Specialist role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Affiliate Specialist will manage and grow affiliate and partner relationships, including onboarding new partners, maintaining regular communication, and supporting them to meet campaign goals. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, preparing reports, and using data insights to recommend improvements. The Affiliate Specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as account management, marketing, and technical support to ensure smooth campaign implementation and partner satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with partner recruitment in key markets, ensuring compliance with network policies, and contributing to process improvements within the partner marketing

platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and performance-focused skills, including experience working with data, KPIs, and reporting tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Partner or account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with affiliates and other marketing partners.
  • Basic to intermediate digital marketing knowledge, preferably with exposure to affiliate, performance, or partner marketing environments.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and spoken English and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort with technology platforms and spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in affiliate or performance marketing, especially within Southeast Asia or global networks, is an advantage.
