About the Opportunity

We're seeking a performance-driven Affiliate & Influencer Growth specialist to accelerate growth across Thailand. In this role, you will acquire, manage, and scale high-impact affiliate and influencer partnerships, execute data-driven campaigns, and help build sustainable growth programs that drive user acquisition, trading activity, and long-term engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner Growth & Discovery

- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, KOLs, KOCs, and trading communities across Thailand.

- Continuously research local market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging channels to uncover new partner opportunities.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-oriented partners with clear ROI potential.

Campaign Execution & Performance Management

- Own day-to-day operations with affiliates, influencers, and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Track acquisition, activation, trading volume, and retention KPIs to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.

- Ensure campaign compliance, quality control, and consistent messaging across all partners.

What We Look For In You

- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or partner growth roles (crypto / fintech / trading preferred).

- Hands-on experience building and scaling affiliate and KOL pipelines in Thailand.

- Strong understanding of local crypto communities, trading behavior, and content ecosystems

- Proven experience managing agencies, partners, and performance-based campaigns.

- Data-driven mindset with strong execution capability.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• - Fluency in English; Thai is a strong plus.
