About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take ownership of affiliate growth in the Vietnam market.
You'll be responsible for developing affiliate partnerships, expanding the local affiliate network, and driving high-quality FTD acquisition through strategic and performance-focused partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the Vietnam iGaming and betting landscape, knows how to find and build relationships with affiliates, and can turn those relationships into sustainable acquisition results.
You'll work closely with international Marketing, Product, Creative, and Community teams while having significant autonomy over your market.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and grow affiliate partnerships across Vietnam.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates, publishers, community owners, and traffic partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners and maximize their performance.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial agreements.
- Drive consistent, high-quality FTD acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor affiliate KPIs, traffic quality, deposits, retention, and player value.
- Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Work with affiliates to improve campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Identify low-quality traffic, fraudulent activity, and potential compliance risks.
- Develop new affiliate acquisition strategies based on Vietnam market trends.
- Build relationships within relevant Vietnamese betting, sports, esports, and online communities.
- Source opportunities through relevant affiliate networks, Telegram, Facebook, forums, communities, and industry contacts.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall player acquisition funnel.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, online betting, or a closely related performance-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models.
- Demonstrated experience driving FTD acquisition.
- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs, player acquisition, retention, and LTV.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms with affiliates and traffic partners.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam betting/iGaming market.
- Existing relationships or practical experience within the Vietnam affiliate ecosystem.
- Fluent Vietnamese and strong English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment.
Nice to Have
- An established network of Vietnamese affiliates, publishers, community owners, or influencers.
- Experience working with sports betting or esports products.
- Background in media buying or performance marketing.
- Experience sourcing affiliates through Telegram, Facebook communities, forums, and other local channels.
- Experience with alternative or non-traditional acquisition channels.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese online sports and betting community.
