Job Scope:
- Lead and manage affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, sales growth, and revenue performance across cosmetics, fashion, and FMCG portfolios.
- Build and strengthen affiliate partner network (influencers, platforms, publishers, content creators) with strong focus on high-performing and revenue-generating partners.
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that align with brand and business objectives.
- Track, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance using performance marketing tools and analytics dashboards to optimize ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of affiliate executives, ensuring clear KPI alignment and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with brand, media, and product teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and seamless execution.
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to maximize profit margins while maintaining sustainable partnerships.
- Continuously research new affiliate trends, platforms, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Strategy & Growth
- Develop and own affiliate marketing roadmap to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and onboard high-potential affiliates, influencers, and networks.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs (sales, conversions, ROI, CAC, LTV).
- Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and propose optimization plans.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and scale the affiliate team.
- Provide guidance on campaign execution, negotiations, and performance tracking.
Partnership Management
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates.
- Negotiate deals, commission rates, and exclusive campaigns.
Category Focus (Cosmetics, Fashion, FMCG)
- Build targeted affiliate strategies specific to each category.
- Leverage existing partner network to maximize reach and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing, preferably in a Digital Agency or Platform environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs with significant revenue contribution.
- Strong network and connections with affiliates, influencers, and platforms in cosmetics, fashion, and FMCG categories.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
- Experience managing a team with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English
