Job Description:
Responsible for building and managing the affiliate marketing system for the company's e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada& Tiktok). Utilize a data-driven approach to identify, recruit, and maintain high-quality video creators (influencers). Collaborate through product seeding, content partnerships, and ad boosting to increase product sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Influencer Sourcing & Recruitment: Regularly analyze market data and competitor activities to proactively identify potential influencers. Contact a minimum of 10 matched creators per store per week.
2、Relationship Maintenance & Activation: Develop and execute strategies to maintain influencer relationships. Reactivate dormant influencers with no recent sales (e.g., by providing new footage, recommending similar products) and conduct monthly evaluations of key affiliates for deeper collaboration.
3、Sample Management & Performance Tracking: Oversee the end-to-end product seeding process, including product selection, shipment, and follow-up. Analyze sample conversion data weekly to evaluate partnership effectiveness.
4、Content & Advertising Synergy: Identify high-performing videos created by affiliates and propose their use in paid advertising campaigns to maximize sales impact.
5、Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily Affiliate GMV. Process and analyze data weekly. Produce monthly affiliate performance reports to support operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
1、College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2、1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, affiliate marketing, or social media promotion.
3、Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Excel.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage influencer relationships effectively.
5、Result-oriented, proactive, and with strong project management capabilities.
