Job Description

Job Summary

The Affluent Client Advisor is responsible for managing and growing relationships with affluent clients by delivering personalized financial solutions, investment advice, and exceptional service. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, expanding wallet share, and supporting long-term wealth growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affluent clients
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships through proactive engagement and regular reviews
  • Understand clients financial goals, risk profiles, and life stages to provide tailored solutions

Wealth & Financial Advisory

  • Provide advice on banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products
  • Identify suitable solutions across deposits, investments, structured products, mutual funds, bonds, and insurance
  • Support clients with portfolio reviews, asset allocation, and financial planning discussions

Business Growth & Sales

  • Achieve individual targets for revenue, AUM, product penetration, and client acquisition
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Source new affluent clients through referrals, networking, and internal leads

Service Excellence

  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate service to enhance client experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams (investment, product, operations, credit, and service units)
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 37 years of experience in affluent banking, wealth management, or relationship management
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and market dynamics
  • Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., investment, insurance, or regulatory licenses) are an advantage
