We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager or Director to join a leading client in the car distribution industry.

Responsibility
- Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement the business plan, ensure capacity requirements are met, and manage adequate parts stock across the dealer network.
- Performance Management: Motivate, monitor, and measure team performance using relevant KPIs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to identify business trends and opportunities, ensuring the effective use of internal systems, and producing timely performance reports.
- Customer & Market Insight: Develop and maintain tools/reports focused on customer retention and market analysis (including competitor and grey market activities, if applicable).
- Governance & Ethics: Ensure ethical, optimized industry-best practices, processes, and systems are fully embedded and utilized throughout the organization.
- Team Development: Manage, assess, and develop the after-sales team through coaching, mentoring, and utilizing performance development tools.
- Process Efficiency: Oversee the effective and efficient warranty and goodwill process.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Ability to provide aftersales training effectively in both Thai and English and/or Chinese
- Strong understanding of aftersales operation and able to utilize specific tools for process improvement
- EVs Car experiences is preferred
