Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangkok for an Agency Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, driving sales initiatives, creating and delivering impactful sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end sales process, provide guidance and training to clients, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Experience in conducting Training for clients and colleagues to improve performance and enhance results
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and an understanding of the advertising landscape is an advantage
