Job Responsibilities:
- To turn online leads data to offline sales closing and responsible for lead management strategy and implementation end-to-end
- To develop effective leads processing and systems for lead management purpose
- To work with relating parties to manage and complete project as assigned
- To develop in depth understanding of the agency channel and be able to advise the business on the right analytics approach
- To design, develop dashboard, presentation and business reports to address business issues, project progress and opportunities for Agency channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master in Statistics, IT, Actuarial, Economics etc.
- Solid 5 years experiences in distribution channel strategy / business strategy in financial / insurance industry
- Experiences in project management end-to-end
- Very good in Presentation and English skills
