Agile Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile projects, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Support the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring clarity of user stories.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing visibility to stakeholders and senior management.
• Champion Agile principles and practices within the team and organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in Agile project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and foster collaboration among team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
