Lead and monitor field implementation of Sustainable Farming Program (SFP) and ensure compliance with both PepsiCo and Thailand sustainability standards.
Implement capability programs by consolidating best practices and delivering learning materials to replicate sustainable farming models across responsible areas.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and continuous farm improvement.
Manage assigned potato planting areas and grower / broker coordination to support volume growth of TH Foods.
Responsibilities
Business
Ensure assigned farm sites achieve and maintain SFP and GAP compliance in line with PepsiCo and local sustainability standards.
Deliver effective sustainability training and capability development programs to growers and field teams.
Drive pilot regenerative agriculture initiatives and scale up proven practices across growers to improve sustainability performance and farm productivity.
Manage planting activities, grower coordination, and farm input readiness to ensure stable potato production.
Improve crop productivity and farm performance to support domestic potato supply growth targets.
Monitor and consolidate farm and sustainability performance data to support reporting and improvement planning.
Ensure all operations comply with Agro work processes, GCS standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Support EHS and ISO systems to ensure safe and environmentally responsible farm operations.
People
Develop sustainability and field agronomy capabilities of team members aligned with Agro Sustainability competencies.
Coach team, growers, and brokers to strengthen collaboration and compliance with sustainability standards.
Provide constructive feedback and motivation to drive performance in sustainability and crop production targets.
Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and disciplined field execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of sustainability and agricultural certification standards (e.g., SFP, GAP).
Minimum 5 years of experience in agronomy field operations, agricultural extension, sustainability programs, or contract farming systems.
Experience working with growers and brokers in crop production management.
Field-based experience in crop monitoring, compliance management, and farm performance improvement.
