Role Purpose
Accelerate responsible AI adoption across SCBX by building workforce capability, enabling AI tools and governance, and supporting disciplined execution of the Group AI Roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI learning, workforce capability, communications and engagement
- Identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions
- Enable accessible, secure and cost-efficient AI tools across SCBX
- Coordinate practical AI governance with CoEs and control functions
- Track adoption, usage, milestones, risks and benefits
- Support AI strategy and ATF governance
- Coordinate across SCBX teams and the transformation consortium
What We're Looking For
- Experience in AI, transformation, change, learning, PMO or technology enablement
- Strong analytical, program-management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to work across business, technology and control functions
- Hands-on AI fluency, curiosity and strong learning agility
- Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption or transformation preferred
