What You'll Do
Drive Adoption Through Hands-On Enablement
- Lead use-case discovery workshops to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Deliver Art of the Possible demos showcasing real-world Gemini applications
- Facilitate agent-building workshops (no-code and custom solutions)
- Organize hackathons, innovation challenges, and quick-start training sessions
- Provide floorwalking support and Dr. Google office hours for real-time assistance
- Host ASEAN regional office hours to support teams across time zones
Build Scalable Learning Experiences
- Design and deliver training on Google prompting frameworks and agent building
- Create on-demand videos, demo sessions, and interactive learning modules
- Develop assignments, challenges, and quizzes to reinforce learning
- Build self-paced content covering beginner to advanced AI use cases
- Tailor content for technical and non-technical audiences
Monitor Impact & Drive Continuous Improvement
- Track Gemini Enterprise analytics: active usage, quality, value per user, retention/churn
- Conduct periodic reassessments of adoption levels across departments
- Generate insights from data to optimize training programs
- Partner with stakeholders to address barriers and refine enablement strategies
- Report adoption progress and ROI to leadership with actionable recommendations
