Job Purpose:

AI Business Partner/ AI Expert responsible for driving hands-on AI adoption across Thai Union's business units and functions — acting as a dedicated AI resource embedded within the Transformation Office. This role proactively identifies AI opportunities, translates business pain points into practical AI solutions and builds AI capability at the ground level through the AI Clinic model. The AI Business Partner/AI Expert serves as the bridge between AI technology and business value — making AI tangible, accessible and impactful for every employee and function they serve.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and operate the AI Clinic, designing the engagement model, visit schedule and hands-on activation approach across all Thai Union locations and business units.

2. Act as AI Business Partner: building trusted relationships with business users, understanding their workflows and proactively identifying AI improvement opportunities.

3. Translate business pain points into practical AI solutions, assessing feasibility, recommending appropriate tools and supporting implementation.

4. Demonstrate AI tools and capabilities to business users: conducting hands-on sessions, workshops and use case showcases to drive awareness and enthusiasm.

5. Support AI for People deployment: coaching employees on effective usage of AI productivity tools and embedding AI into daily workflows.

6. Identify and document AI use cases emerging from business interactions: feeding insights into AI for Business opportunity assessment and roadmap.

7. Partner with the Organizational Change Manager to support change adoption: providing on-the-ground intelligence on employee sentiment, resistance and readiness.

8. Support Business Champions within the AI community: providing expert guidance, use case ideas and technical support to sustain community momentum.

9. Partner with the Organisational Change Manager to track and report AI adoption progress within assigned functions: measuring usage, productivity gains and emerging opportunities.

10. Stay current on AI tools, trends and best practices, and continuously bring new ideas and capabilities to Thai Union's transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, IT Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business analysis, or a consulting/business partnering role.
• Proven experience working directly with business users to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• AI Expertise: Practical experience deploying, supporting, or utilizing generative AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and a strong grasp of prompt engineering & AI literacy.
• Strong capabilities in training & workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, presentation delivery, and project coordination.
• Experience in a consulting or business partnering role is preferred
• Training in business analysis, design thinking, or consulting methodology.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI Fundamentals, Google AI Essentials, or equivalent).
