Key Responsibility:
- Lead the setup and operation of the AI CoE, defining reference architecture, governance, and operating model aligned to CP's AI First Program.
- The AI CoE Lead is responsible for building and leading the AI Center of Excellence across CP Group, starting with TrueCorp, to drive the AI First strategy.
- They will establish and operationalize the CoE around six core pillars: AI Strategy & Architecture, Responsible & Trusted AI, Data as a Product, Execution & Use Case Scaling, Talent & Capability Building, and Partnerships & Ecosystem.
- The role includes defining reference architecture, operating models, and governance structures; evaluating and processing vendor and partner solutions; and coordinating with hyperscalers, system integrators, and niche AI partners to deliver high-value use cases and proof-of-value pilots.
- By fostering talent development, embedding Responsible AI practices, and enabling adoption playbooks, the AI CoE Lead ensures measurable impact in cost reduction, revenue growth, and customer experience.
- Working closely with business units and partners, they build sustainable capabilities, scale innovation, and position CP Group as an AI-first organization.
