What You'll Do
- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a broad range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
- Rate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
- Push AI systems with creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to reveal their limits
- Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring topics and asking thoughtful questions
- Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate why something works or doesn't
- A clear, confident written communicator
- Comfortable using chat-based and web interfaces
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
- No technical background or prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or language models
- An eye for nuance — noticing when an answer is technically correct but still misleading or unhelpful
