Our corporate headquarters, including the Management, Sales and Marketing divisions, are based in Kuala Lumpur, where this position will be located.

BuBu Resort is seeking an ambitious, hands-on, and forward-thinking AI Enablement, Automation & Transformation Executive to lead the company's AI journey and help shape the future of hospitality operations.

This is not a traditional IT role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business challenges using using AI tools, intelligent prompting, automation and AI agents across Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Administration, Loyalty Programmes and Resort Operations.

The successful candidate will also support the Marketing team by leveraging AI for content creation, campaign planning and digital engagement across our website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Enablement & Automation

- Develop AI prompt libraries tailored to different departments.

- Build AI agents for reservations, guest services, and internal business operations.

- Create AI-powered SOP assistants for employee training and knowledge management.

- Develop AI-powered guest communication workflows.

- Improve guest review response management using AI.

- Analyse guest feedback and customer sentiment automatically.

- Support the Finance team through reporting automation and AI-assisted analysis.

- Identify repetitive tasks and business processes suitable for automation.

- Design and implement AI workflows using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar technologies.

- Train employees on AI tools, responsible AI usage, prompt engineering, and AI governance.

- Work closely with department heads to identify opportunities for AI adoption.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.

- Assist in developing BuBu Resort's long-term AI strategy and digital transformation roadmap.

Digital Marketing & Content

- Create AI-assisted content for the company website, blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials.

- Plan and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Assist in developing social media calendars and marketing campaigns.

- Generate marketing copy, captions, EDMs, promotional materials, and advertisements using AI tools.

- Support SEO content optimisation for the company website.

- Analyse website and social media performance using AI insights and recommend improvements.

- Support branding, storytelling, and digital engagement initiatives to strengthen BuBu Resort's online presence.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional working experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- A confident, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a strong personality and the ability to work independently.

- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

- Demonstrated experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.

- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- Experience in website content management, SEO, and social media planning is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Creative, proactive, curious, and comfortable learning new technologies independently.

- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions.

- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage but is not essential.
