We are looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join our team in building innovative AI services and solutions. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM agents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems that power automation and intelligent decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI services and projects using ML, DL, and GenAI technologies.
- Design and optimize ML pipelines and GenAI prompts using robust engineering techniques.
- Build and maintain AI and data workflows to support automation processes.
- Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, software developers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Implement and optimize ML/AI model serving strategies (low-latency, batch processing).
- Apply ML/AIOps practices including monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
- Conduct quantitative research and experimentation to validate AI approaches.
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai, and OpenAI Agent SDK.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices in AI product development.
- Strong foundation in traditional machine learning, deep learning, and generative adversarial algorithms.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai, OpenAI Agent SDK).
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Skilled in using Apache Spark for large-scale data processing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows for AI and data pipelines.
