AI Engineer

The AI Engineer specializes in implementing generative AI solutions and building agentic AI systems that transform banking operations. This role focuses on developing AI agents, implementing Agentic RAG systems, and creating intelligent workflows that autonomously handle banking processes. The position directly contributes to our vision by building AI-powered solutions that create new value, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI agents for specific banking functions (customer service, loan processing, fraud detection)

Implement Agentic RAG systems combining knowledge retrieval with autonomous action-taking

Build agent communication protocols for multi-agent collaboration

Create agent tools and functions for banking system integration

Fine-tune Large Language Models for Thai banking applications

Implement prompt engineering strategies for consistent agent behaviors

Develop conversational AI with context awareness and memory management

Build content generation systems for personalized communications

Integrate AI agents with core banking systems and APIs

Develop agent connectors for payment systems, risk engines, and CRM platforms

Implement real-time streaming for agent-to-agent communication

Build monitoring dashboards for agent performance tracking

Implement testing frameworks for agent behaviors

Ensure AI outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards

Create feedback loops for continuous agent improvement

Develop safety mechanisms preventing harmful agent actions

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field

Specialized training in NLP, Generative AI, or Agent-based systems

2-5 years in software development with 1+ years in generative AI

Hands-on experience with LLM applications and prompt engineering

LLM Proficiency: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google PaLM, Hugging Face models

Agentic Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen

Programming: Python (primary), JavaScript/TypeScript for web interfaces

Frameworks: FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio for agent interfaces
