About Job
- Lead application development: Oversee the full-stack architecture and development of AI-powered applications across web, mobile (react native/flutter), and backend platforms (node.js/.
- Integrate AI & automation: Embed LLMs and AI APIs to deliver features like intelligent workflows, automated analysis, and smart testing systems.
- Optimize code quality: Enforce secure coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and systematically refactor legacy components to reduce technical debt.
- Build testing suites: Design robust unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing to guarantee high-performance and resilient system behavior.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with diverse engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex requirements into scalable architectures.
Requirements
- Min 3-8 years of engineering experience: A strong background in computer science fundamentals, system design, and shipping production-grade software.
- Core mobile & web tech stack: Min 3 years of production experience in React Native/Flutter/Dart, React, and Next.js (App Router).
- Bckend expertise: Min years of building RESTful APIs and real-time systems using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and WebSockets.
- AI-assisted workflows: Proven skill using AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, prompt engineering, and debugging.
- Data & DevOps fundamentals: Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Automated testing proficiency: Experience with modern frameworks like pytest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress in Agile teams
