Role Overview
We are looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to help build and productionize AI capabilities for our streaming platform. You will focus primarily on developing models and services that improve content discovery, viewing experience, and business outcomes, while collaborating closely with Data, Backend, Player, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or closely related roles.
- Strong programming in Python (e.g., PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn) or other related languages with solid software practices (version control, testing, readable code).
- Data proficiency: SQL and data wrangling (pandas / PySpark or similar); understanding of feature engineering and data quality.
- Analytical mindset: sound knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing), evaluation metrics, and statistical reasoning.
- Communication skills: ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Growth mindset: self-learner who can ramp up quickly and work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
