Key Responsibility:
- The AI Factory Lead is responsible for establishing and operating the AI Factory as an enterprise-grade AI data and compute platform.
- This role blends technical leadership with program orchestration, ensuring the organization can deliver AI use cases at scale with consistency, security, and compliance.
- Build a scalable, reusable, and trusted data foundation that powers AI and analytics across the group.
- They will design, build, and run the AI infrastructure and platforms that power AI development and deployment including model training environments, MLOps pipelines, data pipelines, and governance frameworks.
- The AI Factory Lead must deeply understand cloud and on-premise compute, data engineering, AI/ML frameworks, and compliance requirements, ensuring that the platform can support diverse AI use cases across the enterprise.
- Working cross-functionally with business units, data science teams, and technical engineering groups, they will prioritize and onboard use cases onto the AI Factory, ensuring they are productionized and scaled efficiently.
- They are accountable for platform reliability, security, and performance while enabling reusability of components, standardization of practices, and continuous improvement.
- Beyond technical build and operations, the AI Factory Lead will also drive governance, knowledge sharing, and adoption.
- They will ensure that AI use cases not only meet immediate business goals but also contribute to long-term transformation by embedding best practices and accelerating organizational AI maturity.
- By combining deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure and platforms with strong coordination and leadership, the AI Factory Lead ensures the organization has the capability, capacity, and control to deliver AI impact at scale.
Qualification:
- Minimum 15 years of experience and well versed with Platform, cloud, and services on the cloud infrastructure.
- Past experience in setting up Platform and cloud infrastructure with AI experience will be a big plus.
