Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on programming expertise and experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with practical experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.

Build end-to-end solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI

technologies.

Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows.

Implement scalable APIs and microservices using Python.

Work with LLMs for tasks such as information retrieval, summarization, question answering, and

workflow automation.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications in production

environments.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on coding expertise in Python.

Solid understanding of Classical Machine Learning algorithms and techniques.

Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Good understanding of Transformer Architectures.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.

Experience building applications using Generative AI technologies.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.

Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

Experience in API development using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.

Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.

Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

4–6 years of overall experience in AI/ML development.

Demonstrated experience building GenAI and Agentic AI solutions beyond PoCs.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a product-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
