Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Creative Direction
- Create and evolve brand identity, visual systems, and design guidelines
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution across all platforms, campaigns, and markets
- Translate marketing and business objectives into visually compelling creative concepts and scalable design assets
- Maintain and elevate the overall visual quality and storytelling of the brand
Design & Content Creatio
- Create high-quality creative assets for
- Digital marketing campaigns (ads, banners, landing pages
- Social media content (static, carousel, reels, short-form videos
- Events, promotional, and branding material
- Develop visually engaging concepts from ideation to final execution
- Work on both static and motion-based creative content when required
AI Design & Innovatio
- Utilize AI design tools to improve creativity, productivity, workflow efficiency, and content generation
- Stay updated on the latest AI design technologies, creative trends, and digital innovations
- Explore new creative approaches using AI while ensuring high design quality and brand consistency
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that improve campaign performance and audience engagement
Collaboration & Ownershi
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, social media, and product teams during campaign planning and execution
- Present and explain creative concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership of projects and maintain strong attention to detail and quality control
- Support and guide junior designers when needed
Required Skills & Qualificatio
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, digital marketing creatives, and conceptual thinking
- Proven experience contributing to or managing brand identity system
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with AI design tools and AI-powered creative workflow
- Strong creative thinking, communication, and presentation skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management and organization skill
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and detail-oriented personality
- Business-level English language proficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, startups, or agency environment
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, audience behavior, and social media content trend
- Basic knowledge of trading and financial market
- Experience creating short-form video content for digital platform
- Familiarity with Jira and project management/collaboration
