Own the AI-powered marketing engine from Design Factory pipelines and content orchestration to campaign automation and performance reporting. You architect the systems; AI agents do the execution.
About the roleMost marketing teams drown in manual production creating banners one at a time, copy-pasting campaign reports, begging designers for assets. You will make that world obsolete. As AI Growth Systems Lead, you will architect and operate the AI-powered engine behind SalesMind AI's entire marketing output.
Your centrepiece project: the Design Factory a production system where AI agents autonomously generate LinkedIn banners, ad creatives, carousels, illustrations, and website imagery on demand. You will design every pipeline, prompt chain, quality gate, and feedback loop that makes this factory fast, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is not a prompt-engineering side project. It is a full-time systems architecture role. You will own n8n automations, MCP server integrations, API orchestration, and cross-tool pipelines spanning Claude, Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel, and the SalesMind marketing website. Every system you build must be documented, monitored, and extensible engineering-grade, not duct tape.
