Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst freelancer to ensure the quality and performance of our AI voice robots. You will be responsible for testing, analyzing call data (ASR/LLM/TTS), and optimizing conversation flows to support successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed reviews of call logs to evaluate ASR, LLM, and TTS performance; identify and document issues for improvement.
- Process Monitoring: Ensure all operational processes within the call flow function smoothly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Analyze operational data to create concise summaries and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Testing: Perform rigorous internal testing (UAT) to ensure the robot is bug-free prior to launch.
- Flow Design: Assist the Product Manager (PM) in designing conversation scripts and logical robot flows.
- Data Support: Support the PM by organizing, cleaning, and managing operational call data as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, QA, or data analysis (preferably in AI, SaaS, or Call Centers).
- Understanding of conversational AI concepts (ASR, TTS, LLM) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for script design and reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
