About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Owner to define, build, and scale AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will bridge business strategy, product development, and AI capabilities to create innovative solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data-driven technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Product Strategy
- Define the AI product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify high‑impact AI use cases across operations, customer experience, analytics, and productivity.
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions using ML, LLMs, and automation.
- Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
2. AI Product Development & Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI products: discovery → design → build → launch → iteration.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Define product requirements:
- • Data needs
- • Model capabilities
- • Performance metrics
- • Safety & compliance constraints
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
3. Data & AI Performance Management
- Define evaluation metrics for AI performance (accuracy, latency, reliability, cost efficiency).
- Track and improve AI product success metrics.
- Ensure data pipelines and data quality standards support AI features.
- Monitor and optimize performance of deployed AI systems.
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Present AI product vision and roadmap to business leaders and executives.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and Generative AI.
- Background in data analytics or technology fields.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, concise way.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with AI/ML product development or MLOps environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
