About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to drive AI and data initiatives within our retail business.
In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data-driven projects across retail functions (e.g., merchandising, marketing, supply chain).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories and data requirements.
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases such as personalization, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and external vendors.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics; ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project updates, insights, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Data, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles
- Proven experience delivering data or AI-related projects
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience working in retail or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and data workflows
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of retail KPIs (sales, margin, inventory, customer analytics)
