Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect & Analyst to join our team and deliver AI-driven initiatives for the insurance business. This hybrid role bridges system analysis and solution architecture, ensuring business requirements are translated into robust AI solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for AI initiatives within the insurance domain.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model architecture, and integration strategies.
- Define and enforce AI architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product owners to deliver AI-related projects successfully.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI models and systems.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI solution design and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst and/or Solution Architect, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance.
- Experience with API design and system integration.
- Understanding of data governance and ethical AI principles.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Thai and English communication.
