Description
- Work as a bridge between business and AI to design AI Agent solution with practical implementation to deliver effective solution
- Establish a centralized hub for AI agent management and coordination
- Design, implement workflow using AI agents and modern automation tools
- Enable seamless database integration an AI connectivity, ensuring users can access accurate and relevant data with ease
- Develop scalable company products (Web App) that can be launched for future commercialization
- Manage Backend operation/ workflow - such as reduce work process, paperless
- Work closely with head of department to gather business pain points and translate into solvable business requirement and actionable solutions
- Connect internal systems, data and application through APIs and integration
- Act as a strategic technology advisor, working with business unit heads to transform operation needs into effective digital solutions
- Evaluate solution performance by tracking time and cost savings, to drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support the adoption of new systems and workflows
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree of AI Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.
- 3+ years of work experience in AI Solution, AI Tool, AI Agent/ LLM tools (Hermes, Manus, Friday, etc.) Especially Hermes
- Proven work project experience in AI Agent and database integration
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and understand business language
- Understanding of Code Structures or have experience building automation systems
- Full of passion in developing product, initiative to develop innovation/ work project, energetic and enthusiastic person, leadership
- English skills (reading, writing skills) for dealing with partner and developing tech skill + documents/ research
