I'm currently partnering with a major enterprise group investing heavily in next-generation AI capabilities across large-scale infrastructure and digital platforms.
This is not a POC-only AI role. This is full lifecycle ownership from ideation to deployment in a production environment with real business impact.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (RLHF experience is a big plus)
- Build advanced RAG pipelines with vector databases
- Engineer high-quality prompts and agentic workflows
- Deploy scalable APIs and AI services in secure cloud environments
- Implement safeguards against hallucination, bias, and performance drift
Tech Environment Includes:
- Python (expert level)
- LangChain (or similar LLM frameworks)
- Azure OpenAI Service
- Azure AI Search
- Azure AI Studio
- Microsoft Copilot integrations
- Google Vertex AI (Model Garden, Pipelines, Search & Conversation)
Ideal Background:
- Strong AI / Data Science / Engineering education
- Deep hands-on cloud + LLM implementation experience
- Experience deploying GenAI into enterprise environments
- Strong English communication skills
