AI Specialist Solutions Architect GenAI/ML & Agentic Technologies

As an AI Specialist Solutions Architect, you'll be at the center of this transformation. You'll partner with organizations from fast-moving startups to Global 500 enterprises, helping them design, deploy, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions on Our Client's platform. If you love solving complex technical challenges, influencing product direction, and teaching others, this role is for you.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Be the Trusted Advisor: Build deep technical relationships with customers of all sizes. Guide them to get the most from Our Client's cloud while adopting GenAI, ML, and Agentic technologies across their business.
• Drive Architecture Excellence: Own the end-to-end technical relationship. Provide recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate complex GenAI/ML and Agentic projects.
• Champion the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer internally. Share feedback and requirements to help shape Our Client's roadmap for GenAI/ML and Agentic features.
• Create & Innovate: Turn business challenges into cloud-native solutions. Define reference architectures and patterns for real-world GenAI/ML and Agentic use cases.
• Educate at Scale: Develop and share best practices through whitepapers, code samples, blogs, and talks. Lead workshops, meetups, and conferences to evangelize Our Client's AI capabilities.
• Lead Technically: Run hands-on deep dives and workshops. Build reusable code, reference architectures, and internal assets that raise the bar for the entire SA and engineering community.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
• 5+ years customer-facing experience delivering production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/multimodal FMs at scale: integration, fine-tuning, distributed inference, RAG, evaluation, vector DBs, agentic workflows, prompt/context engineering, and MLOps.
• Practical experience with Our Client's AI services — including Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker equivalents — or similar platforms to build secure, private AI environments and implement RAG with embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search.
• Excellent communicator across technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions as a technical thought leader.
