About The Role
We're hiring AI Training Specialists to complete structured tasks that help AI models learn and improve. You'll work on labeling, rating, and evaluating AI outputs across a variety of formats.

- Commitment: 1040 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate
- Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics for each task type
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments
- Work across text, image, and audio content types
Who You Are
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Clear written communication in English
- No technical or AI experience required
