About The Team
AI Transformation Specialists help define and drive Shopee Thailand's AI First evolution. The role leads key AI initiativesworking with cross-functional teams to reimagine core business workflows and scale AI adoption across the organization. Working closely with the Head of Data Analytics and country leadership, the AI Transformation Specialist turns emerging AI capabilities into practical, AI-led solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall business performance of Shopee Thailand.
Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organization-wide AI transformation initiatives and roadmap; design, track, and analyze key success metrics to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Actively experiment with emerging AI capabilities to identify use cases, moving rapidly from initial tool discovery to localized pilot testing across the organization.
- Orchestrate collaboration between various departments and the AI Working Team to align initiatives, manage cross-functional dependencies, and create a high impact change management team.
- Establish and maintain practical SOPs and governance frameworks that promote secure and effective adoption while ensuring tools remain intuitive and accessible for all users.
- Lead the organizational mindset shift toward an AI First culture by co-developing communication strategies and AI L&D plan with the People Team to build AI awareness and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Proven track record in AI and Digital Transformation, technology consulting, or change management. Expertise in driving cross-functional initiatives through structured problem-solving and project coordination.
- Strong technical understanding of modern AI technology and recent advancements(LLM, Agentic AI, etc). Capable of designing AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Data Science (AI/LLM), or AI Project Managementwith a specific focus on developing and deploying LLM/Agentic solutionsis highly preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated structured, data-driven thinking and the ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable impact.
