Air Freight Import Operations Specialist

Position:Air Freight Import Operations Specialist

Location:DHL Suvarnabhumi Multi-Modal Hub (SBMM), Soi Pattana Chonnabot 3, Lad Krabang

Key Responsibilities: -

• To recommend and provide the correct information of airfreight import operations process to airfreight import team and customer.
• Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.
• To uphold and keep airfreight import D/O process smoothly flowing.
• To ensure airfreight KPIs and performance are continuously performed and implemented.
• To fulfill and achieve customers and stakeholders satisfaction.

Qualification: -

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Freight Forwarding with a strong Airfreight Import background
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude
• Work closely with airlines, customs brokers, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
• Skilled in system management and Microsoft Office
