Air Freight Operations Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Air Freight (Export & Import) operations, ensuring service excellence and process efficiency
• Oversee end-to-end operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of 20 direct & indirect reports
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure service delivery and operational alignment
• Implement standardized processes, technology improvements, and operational best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Drive change management initiatives to enhance overall performance
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in Air Freight Export/Import Operations with Minimum 5 years in team leadership (10+ members)
• Background in international freight forwarding is a must
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise system is required
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage operations, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment
